I'm Tess, a project manager who believes in bringing mindfulness practices into the workplace. Workplaces that have implemented programs including mindful movement & meditation practices experience less absenteeism and more employee satisfaction overall.

I am a testament to the value in employees practing yoga, meditation as a personal practice. Bringing these into the workday however has been shown to increase productivity over 500% Employees should be encouraged to take regular breaks to avoid burnout.

 

I am available to conduct pre-workday or mid-day mindfulness sessions for 30-60 minutes to fit you, or your team's schedule. Send me an email and we can move forward with structuring your mindfulness plan.

I take pride in all of my service offerings. I am available to support you on your your life project in different capacities. Not only have I successfully managed projects totaling over 10 million USD in revenue, but I've led many in the project space to lead a lower-stress life. Those I've worked with in the yoga/meditation space always tell me they leave my sessions restored, renewed, and ready to take on the rest of their days and weeks ahead. I offer private 1 on 1 virtual classes, group sessions, or in-person sessions for those located locally in MD. I'd be honored to serve as your life coach as well! I am certified in cognitive behavioral, rational emotive behavioral, confidence, and emotional intelligence coaching.
